I find that I watch a ton of movies in the first part of the year, which is completely understandable since it's no fun to be outside. In the past week alone I've watched What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Last Night, Chocolat, Cry Baby, Ed Wood, Flipped, Edward Scissorhands, and am watching Love Never Dies as I write this. All will be included in an upcoming Cinema at Home post, no worries!
First week back in class went from shock of how much classwork I had to do, to remembering that I managed that much classwork before and didn't drown. I even turned some assignments in early. I hate that feeling at the beginning of the semester, but I just keep telling myself after this I only have one more semester and I'm done!
This week my knitting group went to the library I work in again for the library knitting group that happens every other week. It's a really sweet group of ladies and everyone is so creative. I like it because everyone is at different levels of knitting skill, from very beginner to expert and everyone is so helpful and encouraging and excited to share their projects.
Tomorrow is Cleveland Emerging Museum Professionals' Second Anniversary party! I'm super excited, it's Christmas themed since it's our holiday party as well. We're having an ugly sweater contest, white elephant exchange, and I'm putting together a "guess who" baby picture guessing game. It's a potluck as well so I have to decide what I'm making, I said I'd bring something sweet.
How has your week been? Any exciting plans this weekend? Happy Friday!
